This course is designed as a basic review of arrhythmias for healthcare providers. This course prepares students for the basic ECG interpretation and pharmacology.

Course objectives
Provide a foundational knowledge of basic anatomy
Describe the relationship of the conduction system to this basic anatomy
Relate the electrophysiology of cardiac electrical activation and current conduction to the surface electrocardiogram
Understand how to recognize normal electrocardiogram and make basic measurements
Recognize and identify basic arrhythmias
